Fungal Wash & Anti Mould Painting Service

Neil Hayes Painting & Decorating Ltd would like to introduce our new Fungal Wash Down & Anti Mould Repainting service.

We appreciate with the drop in temperatures at this time of year etc, that we all mostly do not open Windows, so as not to lose the heat in your Tenants Houses, or your Property or Buildings.

We are now offering a full service to include an initial site visit, then our team of experienced Painters will attend the property at a suitable date & time.

Our team will then fully sheet the floor area that needs treating, then fully wash the affected areas with our Anti Fungal wash Product. We then wipe down and allow to dry for half an hour or so.

Once the affected area is dried, we then apply two coats of a top quality Crown Trade Clean extreme Mould Inhibiting Anti Fungal Acrylic Eggshell or Matt paint (Please see attached Product Data Sheets).

This recommended Crown Trade paint is fully wipeable and will ensure a quality finish.
